Winfred (Wendy) Biddle, Ph. D

Welcome to our virtual living room!

I’m Wendy Biddle, and I’ve taught and coached undergraduates for over 25 years. During that time, I’ve led groups through diverse array of courses: literature, language, multicultural education, and the development of strong life skills. I helped transition first-year students learning to live on their own for the first time into college. I also assisted graduating seniors in learning how to transfer their hard-earned academic skills to the professional world.

Over the past five years, my focus has been on leading research, teaching, and workshops relevant to joy and achievement. During this time, I’ve shared empirically-based strategies aimed at enhancing mental health within my community. Simultaneously, I have coached hundreds of individuals pursuing personal goals aimed at developing their potential. My faith, family, love for my community, and own passion for excellence drive my desire to assist others in finding clear pathways toward their best lives.

Karla Sanchez

Hi, I'm Karla Sanchez!

I have the privilege of being the Project Manager. After nearly three years of interning at the UGA Wesley Foundation, I discovered how much I enjoy empowering men and women to find their identity and change negative habits, to create healthier rhythms of life.

I am fond of the process of healing emotionally and mentally, as I am no stranger to it. I hope to bring men and women alongside me who value wholeness and truth to reach healthier heights together.

Marlena Sculac

Hi, I'm Marlena Sculac!

I have the honor of being one of our Content Producers, as well as our Nutrition and Fitness Adviser. I have always been passionate about holistic health - health of the mind, health of the body, and health of the soul.

I graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Nutritional Sciences and have spent the last couple years working at a campus ministry, where I get to walk through life with college-aged men and women in an effort to better know Jesus. I hope to use both of these experiences to help GenZ walk in more abundance of life.
